Be The Change

BehaviorLytics was established in 2020 by Holli Henningsen Jerdes.  She created the foundation to address the disparity within communities created by systemic inequality.  The change actions of BehaviorLytics uses the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

BehaviorLytics strives to be the nation's leading scientific research funder to find socialutions to social welfare and justice problems by using the methods of behavior science.  Behaviorlytics will aid in diversifying the behavior analytic field through supervision. 

Our Values

BehaviorLytics is a prosocial organization that values working collaboratively within groups to solve our societies most complex social problems. We believe that behavior sciences can be applied in community centered programs to make lasting, positive behavior change across various issues, cultures, and institutions. We are innovative, data driven, and outcomes oriented individuals who provide effective, transparent, and sustainable behavior consulting services to families, schools, and organizations. 

Meet The Team

Holli is a board certified behavior analyst, licensed in the state of Washington.  She has been in the field since 1997.  She received her masters and teaching credential from Columbia University.  Holli has worked in New York Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Iowa, and California supporting families, students, and schools with ABA programs.  Holli founded BehaviorLytics to wed her passion for social change with her love of the science of ABA.

Dr. Nissa Van Etten
 M.A., BCBA

Nissa is a founding board member of BehaviorLytics.  She is currently the manager of Assessment and Clinical Training at Centralreach.  Nissa has extensively researched issues of supervision in the field of ABA and is lending her expertise in this area to support the vision of BehaviorLytics to offer quality supervision to a diverse group of candidates.

Kavinda Seneviratna
 M.A.,BCBA, LBA

Kavinda received his BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton, UK, and in doing so discovered Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). He moved to the US from his native London to pursue an MA in Teaching as ABA from Teachers College, Columbia University, graduating in 2007. Kavinda has worked for ABA schools in London and the south-east of England as well as working with schools, families, children’s charities, clinics and Local Authorities over the past 14 years in Europe, North America and the Middle East. He became a BCBA in 2010 and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Washington State in 2018.
